I needed a fall boot and it was late in the season. I also have a wider than normal calf. These boots fit perfectly. Knee-high socks are not needed if you don’t want. They have a warm lining in the legs that make it warm enough and comfortable to wear with normal socks. They do go up all the way to the knee which could be uncomfortable for some but after I adjusted to it I find really comfortable. The only downside is the ankle area is a little snugger fit then I would like if your socks are not fully pulled up or creased makes it uncomfortably tight but other then that perfect fit and great value for the $$. I liked them so much I bought a 2nd pair for when these wear out :~)

I liked these, they are very good looking, true to size and comfortable. I just switched from a size 9 to a 9 1/2, my feet have gotten longer with age! I do recommend wearing socks, because my foot was kinda loose without socks. I wore these on a day trip right after receiving them and they never hurt and were comfortable all day. I am older and my feet hurt in a lot of shoes and boots, so I really recommend these.

I live in a mountain community on the Utah Idaho boarder and needed boots that were warm to wear with skirts etc. through out the winter...bought these and a black pair and they are soooo warm! Current day time temps are in the high 20"s and my legs stay toasty! good tread for snow days, but very little arch support so I put an insole in them...they are a bit tight that way but not uncomfortable. I wear them with a good wool sock as well. Would recommend to a friend for sure. will have to see how they hold up through out the winter, but I'm hopeful as they seem well made at this point.

I ordered a wide calf boot and it was a bit tight, however after wearing a few times zips up easier and is very comfortable to wear. It looks like there is an expansion zipper for extra width in the calf area but it’s for looks and doesn’t zip down. All in all I would definitely buy again and give it a 5 for quality, wear and style.

Love these boots! I could never find boots that actually fit and I was a little worried about buying shoes online but these were great. None of the target boots fit my calf's so I am glad I took a chance. They fit great and don't look like a overstuffed muffin tin either.

I love these boots and bought them in black and brown. Great quality for the price and fit just right! Had no problem zipping them up over my calves. My only issue is I was expecting silver buckles, etc on the black and they came with gold.

I love these boots. They are comfy, feel nice to the touch, and not too pricey. They have great fuzzy lining, which makes them more comfy. They are a great hue of brown. I was not sure if I liked the cuff in top, it helps them to stand out from a regular boot.
