STOP HESITATING AND BUY THEM! I read through all the reviews and checked out everyone’s pics before deciding. Im 5’3, 190, normally wear a 7 and have a hard time finding boots to fit my calves that measure 16.5 inches. I ended up ordering the brown wide calf in 6.5 because previous reviews suggested sizing a HALF size down. I’m glad I did because a 7 would have been too roomy even with thick socks on. I have wide feet also but they fit great with no rubbing. There is the main zipper on the inner calf but also an outer zipper that goes down about 3 inches to allow for a bit more room. They fit perfectly with a little space to spare at the top. They fall just below my knees & aren’t uncomfortable when sitting. Seem to be well made. Soft material and good sole. The lining inside provides so much warmth. I absolutely love these boots. I’ll be ordering another pair for sure!

I was so excited to get these boots - they are the perfect color khaki that I was searching for! The color is true, the material is soft enough to be comfortable, but not enough to feel flimsy. The zippers work well and the tread is great. I was concerned that they wouldn't fit my calves (15), but they do, and there is enough room that I can wear them pulled up straight or slouch them a little, depending on the look I'm going for. The only complaint I have (and I'm not even sure it's a complaint) is that they run big (I'm a true 6 1/2 and never size up or down), but I assume that's to leave room for thick socks. I don't wear really thick socks too often, so if I were to order again, I'd size down a half-size. But it's not enough to bother me for an exchange. Also, these boots are incredibly comfortable - no pain or soreness or breaking-in period at all after wearing them all day!

Comfy boots that fit a wide calf--what more can I ask for? This was my second pair purchased since I loved the black pair so much. They fit as expected--I typically wear a size 11 and this size 11 fits perfectly. My calf is 17" and I have a little bit of extra room so this should fit at least an 18" calf. It also allows me to wear it over jeans with no issue. They also hold up very well: I bought these in October 2016 and at the end of February they still look great wearing them at least 2-4x a week.

Sooo happy with these boots I want another pair! I have never owned tall boots because of the fact that I have larger then normal muscular calves. They measure 17 ¾ inches. I am 5'4" tall and these come just below my knee. I ordered an 8.5 and they fit perfectly and still have room for thicker socks in the foot area. I normally have to get 9's in dressier shoes to accommodate the width of my feet but these were pretty wide. Like other people are saying go down a half size. I also want to add that these zipped up but not much room for a thick sock in the calf area. They do have an elastic area at the top of the boot but it doesn't offer much more room for me. I would say no bigger then 18" calves or you might be struggling to zip them. I did read that the larger sizes do have a little more calf room but for the 8.5 no more then 18". The inside is lined with a thin fur material and they are very warm.

I have slightly larger than normal calves, so I am always a little cautious when ordering boots like these. However, they arrived this morning and they fit perfectly!!! They zip easily right over my calves! The fit is great (maybe a little roomy in the ties, but I sized up, so that’s my fault). They’re very stylish and look just like the picture. If you’re hesitant for any reason, don’t be. This is a great product for a great price. My only drawback was that the boot is sticky in some places, and there were a few spots with something white on it closer to the bottom of the boot, but overall I’m very pleased!

I had pretty low expectations with ordering boots. Nothing ever seems to fit my calves. Either too small because I’m bigger than “regular” or I’m swimming in them because I’m smaller than wide calf. BOY LET ME TELL YOU!!! My 16.5-17” calves (depending on pants and flexed vs not flexed) fit in these PERECT. Not too much room, not too little. They are perfect . I would not recommend them for bigger than 17.5 or less than 16, or you’ll swim/struggle. Great quality which after them fitting perfect I had to inspect for flaws, because it seemed too good to be true. But these are it! These are the ones for the ladies in the middle!!! They exist and they are right here and at a fantastic price! Happy boot shopping friends!

These boots seemed to be of great quality and style. I bought black and brown. I'm 5ft, wear a size 7 shoe, and have a 16in wide calf. Also, I have wide feet. I listened to the other reviews and ordered a 6 & 1/2. They did fit me a little snug in the foot area. So, my original size 7 would have been fine. The calf area fit fine. I returned these boots b/c I'm soooo short and I didn't pay close attention to the Shaft Height which is 17.5 inches. I was just happy when I noticed that they had cute boots that were wide enough to fit my calves. So, in all a great buy but the shaft height is too long for me and causes discomfort when sitting down (knees bent). They arrived in two days and the returning process was painless. I returned them to UPS on Monday & by Wednesday my money was credited back to my card.

Could use extra arch support imo. But this boot is great. I’ve had them several seasons and they hold up GREAT. Constantly receive compliments on them to this day and they are easy to clean with a wet cloth you can just wipe them down with ease. Even though they are wide the calf is a little too wide imo I wish they were a little more snug to avoid the little bit of slouching that’s happening.
