First, the good: Color is a beautiful red color and will match many different reds and even goes with some of my pink clothes. Heel height is good, it is a mid heel but the width of the actual heel provides stability and the slope of the shoe is comfortable for 4-6 hours wearing. At about 4 hours, I was ready to pull them off, not because of the heel or slope but because the longer you wear heels and the more you walk, then your feet swell and so the slight tightness in the toe became worse, the longer I wore them. I do think I can use shoe shoe stretch spray and a stretcher and loosen these up enough to be comfortable all day. I will update once I do.

I purchased a size 9 and that is my normal size. I probably could have gotten away with an 8.5, but these will do nicely as is. The sole is cushioned to help with the eventual tiring of your feet when wearing heels. I haven’t worn these out yet, but around the house, they feel comfortable. I have hard wood floors, and they do not slip. The heel is sturdy and round. It probably adds a good 3” to my height which helps since I’m short. The straps are the only struggle I faced when putting the heels on. The gold accent strap holder moves a lot when trying to get the right placement. So that made it difficult to secure. But overall, I like the way the heels look and feel. Can’t wait to wear them out!

The straps on the front are cushioned and stretchy, so they hug your feet instead of just strapping them in -- a brilliant detail! These insoles are actually comfortable. I've had shoes with padding in the insoles but I could still feel the composition of the shoe rather than the padding. These shoes were designed to be Loved and I AM a fan!

I plan to wear these to a wedding where I really want the dress to be the focal point. The nude color is a perfect color that won't distract along with a simple, classy design. I also normally avoid open toy shoes because I just don't want to have to deal with pedicure upkeep, but I couldn't resist in this case. The shoes feel sturdy and comfortable, I don't see myself wanting to rip them off halfway through the evening. I am a bit thrown off by feeling as though my foot doesn't fit ON the shoe, and what I mean by that is because the arch area curves in, it feels like my foot bed is hanging over the shoe. I don't think that's genuinely the case, it's probably me and my wide feet. I followed the advice of another reviewer and purchased based on my EU sizing, which for me is a 41. The length of the shoe is perfect. Where it fails in sizing is that the straps across the top of the foot are too tight. They're snug and secure without being painful, but could be a little looser for comfort. I'm hoping perhaps a few more wears around the house before the wedding will force them to have a little give.
