These boots fit true to size. I wore them for a dance and they were comfortable to wear the entire evening. The boots do have a couple scuff marks just after this first time wearing them.

I bought these to wear at a wedding and the heel broke as we were dancing! Embarrassing! I didn’t realize when I ordered them that there is only a 30 day return window so now I can’t return them! I live the looks of them and don’t know if I got a faulty pair. I would suggest buying somewhere with a better return policy!!! UPDATE I changed from 1 star to 5 as the company reached out to offer a refund. After writing this review the seller reached out and offered a full refund. My 15 year old daughter asked if we could order another pair as she really liked them and is hoping maybe we just got a shoe with a weak shaft? Once we get the refund we will reorder and see what happens with a new pair as only one of the shoes had a problem. My daughter really likes the shoes for their style and comfort so it is worth another try!

Pros- wanted to love these shoes so much!! Loved the color, the style and the feel of the material. The boots look great with almost any outfit and trendy. Cons- The heel completely broke off and came unattached from the screw that was holding it together inside the shoe. Unfortunately, the heel broke while I was wearing the shoes so that was a disaster in itself. The shoes have only been worn about five times and I’ve only had them less than three months. I did reach out to customer service with pictures in hopes of a replacement pair, since this was clearly a default in the craftsmanship. Unfortunately, customer service said the best they could do was offer me a 30% refund. So basically I was refunded less than $10 for a pair of shoes that I owned less than three months for an issue that was clearly poor craftsmanship. Very disappointed with the customer service not trying to make it right.
