I wanted to like this boots, however the fit is too awkward for me. I’m between a size 8.5 and 9 in footwear. I decided to go with the size 9. 8.5 would of been too small and extremely tight to get on my feet. Even though I went with the size 9 the seams around the arch of the boots has no give, which makes it hard to get my feet in. Higher arch or wider feet individuals keep this in mind. The shaft however is elastic. Once the boots are on my feet and I start walking my heels tend to slip upwards like a flip flop. This is annoying and in the end leave my feet tired. Quality wise the fabric is good. The faux fur lining is soft and warm. The heels are thick and solid. Overall not for me.

I am a fan of egg style boots and have work them for years. I am always looking for not only a new pair each year or so at a more budget friendly price but a new spin on the old style as well. These boots cover all the bases. They have the traditional look of a suede winter boot but with this thick chunky sole and the elasticized ankle they are even more comfortable and cooler looking than your typical ones. They fit true to size and are SO comfortable. I don't think my boots from last year stand a chance getting out of the closet this year with this bad boys in the mix.

Ordered these for my tween-age daughter and I also tried them on myself. They're surprisingly comfortable even with the platform bottom. The stretchy calf portion is almost like a wetsuit material/fabric. It stretched around my calf really well, but it's looser on my daughter (expected). I normally wear a 9.5 and ordered the 9. I'd say it's true to size. I can usually put on a size 9, but it's not comfortable to wear for a long time...these were pretty much the case. The bottoms are a harder type of foam (or what I call foam rubber). I'm not sure how long they'll hold up compared to name brand, but I think they'll be fine for the price point. The inside is furry and warm. Really like them and can't wait for her to sport them with jeans in the winter!

According to the product description these boots are made with real suede. It makes them gorgeous and it says it repels water but I’m not sure if they’re prepped already. Just in case I prepared them with a protective shoe spray. It didn’t harm them and now I’m positive they’re ready to deal with nature’s elements. This shoe has a 2” platform that lengthen legs and give you some height…which at 5’1”, I really need. The boot is made up of two materials. As already mentioned the bottom half is suede and the upper ankle and leg area is an elastic Lycra material. The material fits under your pants and elastic stretch leggings easily so you can have just the lower part of the shoe showing, giving the impression your wearing ankle shoes. There is a faux fur lining inside the boot that creates comfort and warmth…perfect for the upcoming winter and fall. The sole is made out of a foam lining and insert that provides a light step and support. I had no problems when walking. I ordered my regular size and it fit as expected, so I recommend you order your regular size. These calf boots are easy to put on and off…making it a great everyday wear. This was a great find and I would recommend it if you are looking for an affordable, lightweight, suede calf boot.

These look just like the popular brand and it's well constructed. I have multiple pairs of shoes from this Amazon brand and I'm always pleased with the quality and fit of their shoes for the most part. The only thing I don't like is the yellow tab on the back of these boots are a little tacky. Other than that these are pretty cute and I look forward to wearing them this fall and winter.

These shoes are very attractive for fall and winter coming up. They’re also quite warm inside, so your feet should stay warm while out in the cold weather. These fit extremely true to size, so order up if you need any room or want to wear with thicker socks. I couldn’t do that, as 10 was the highest size they go. The great thing is, the upper ankle/leg area is made of a stretchy material, so they lay flat under pants and leggings. Or lay flat on top of leggings, if you go that route. I’d buy some protectant spray for the suede bottom of the shoe as it doesn’t seem very protected from the box. My only complaint was that the heel of the shoe was hard to get on. I had to use my shoehorn to get my foot in, but after that, they were sturdy and comfortable.

When I first took one out of the box, it was a very lightweight boot. When I tried to get my foot in the heel part of the boot was so tight I had to force my foot into it. I ordered size 6 because that is my shoe size. There isn't room for my foot to move, or even wear a thin sock. Walking in the boots made me feel clumsy with the platform heels. I also wonder why the loop to pull the boot on is bright yellow (on a black boot) A black loop would have made more sense. I wouldn't recommend these because of these reasons. It's a poorly designed pair of boots that, in my opinion look and feel really cheap.
