These shoes are perfect. Just a little bit of a heel which is what I wanted. I ordered an 8 wide. I usually wear an 8 or 8.5. I have pretty wide & chubby feet & these fit great. first pair that i received were almost great. the kind of shoe was exactly what i was looking for—not too high of a heel, white color looks great with my tan, can be dressed up to very formal or just semi formal—but the straps that go around the sides of your ankle were made too big. they bulged and made the shoe loose so that when i walked it was unstable like a flip flop, which is not what you want when wearing heels. and this was even though the buckle part of the strap was adjusted correctly. so i exchanged for a new pair. they are definitely better than the first pair, even though i’d still prefer those side straps to be tighter and make my foot more secure. overall, i’m keeping the shoes now. have not worn them for an event yet, so i can’t say how comfortable they are for long periods of time. the material is very good quality for the price. ... show more

Worked for me despite the reviews. The straps were long. I made a hole in the ankle part but wore all night. Even danced at the end of the night in total comfort. Ladies, put got to be glued to keep from sliding in the toe.
