They read my review and reached out to me with genuine concern that they did not fit. They even suggested a different pair that might fit. To ensure that I was a satisfied customer, they offered to send me a new pair of my own choice FOR FREE. Not as try on and then purchase; for free - no charge. Naturally, I’m suspicious. Found a pair, responded to the message and expected to get a response like “we will be happy to send them for $49 shipping”. Nope. The response was amazing. It said they would be shipped out with express delivery. STILL doubting. Within 2 days, I received a second pair of boots. These fit. They are lined so the feel is incredible. Not the riding boots I had my heart set on but these are great for casual wear. Looked all through the packaging; no invoice. Checked my Amazon orders for a charge to my card on file; nope. They truly were meant as a good will gesture for customer service. Phenomenal customer service. Now I want to look through their store and shop because I know they back their products without a hassle when there is a problem.

The quality of of boots are excellent! I wanted to love them but they’re not big enough for my calf. I had to squeeze my calf in them. It was a too tight of a fit. I have to return them and find something else!

I like these, they fit well and they're comfortable for short periods of time. The heel/arch area is shaped a little weirdly for me, so I can't wear them for long periods of time, but they're fine for quick shopping trips and the like! I have pretty small calves, and the calf area of the boots is HUGE on me. They're baggy and pool as much as a thick material can pool towards my ankles. Great news for those of y'all with dancing calves!

So far, I’ve just tried them out around the house but they’re comfortable and fit true to size. I especially like the somewhat rounded toe box so my toes aren’t squashed. The 1 ½ inch heel is a perfect height for me and easy to walk in. The tread is very subtle and not at all chunky so something to consider if that’s not the look you’re after. One criticism is that the zipper gets stuck on its way up where the decorative band buckle is sewn a little too close to the zipper teeth. I have to work it a little to pull it up past that spot but beyond that the boots seem reasonably well-constructed. Overall, this is a nice boot that will be easy to wear with jeans, leggings or a dress.

I’m 5’0, 125lb, athletic build. I have proportional leg size to my torso and my calves are not slim. I’m always worried about purchasing boots this length because of how tight they would be around my calves and these fit great. They have a low heel and are comfortable to walk around in. The color is as pictured-a deep rich brown color that can go with many shades. It’s a perfect capsule wardrobe boot to have. I can envision this as the one pair of boots you might take with you on a fall weekend in NYC where you want to look stylish but be comfortable and warm walking around. I can’t attest to how it will hold up to long wear and use but it seems to be of durable material.
