I concur with the reviews; the boots are so cute, so comfortable, and do not disappoint. The boots are also true to size. I wear size 9.5 but usually wear size 10 when buying boots. I ordered both sizes and had plenty of room in the 9.5. I love the fur inside as well. The boots were packaged really carefully and nice. Very nice sturdy boots,flattering but I was sad had to return. They were too narrow for my foot. I have a normal to wide foot and these were not comfortable. There didn’t seem to be much support and bottoms didn’t have enough grab,traction. I seemed to slide on my wood floor when tried on. They are beautiful though. These boots are beautiful! My calf was too big to zip them up all the way when they came in. (I have big calves) so I mentioned this in my review, right before I was about to return them. Then the company messaged me shortly after and said they would send me a whole new pair in a bigger size, for free! They also told me to go ahead and keep this pair too. What a lovely company to buy from. I highly recommend them. The boots are so soft inside and the bottom of the boots are quality rubber with good traction. These are THE NICEST BOOTS I’ve purchased and I will be buying plenty more at this price! So thankful I bought from them. This is such a nice boot! I'm really bummed they don't fit. I need a little more of a wide calf than these. I fell in love with them when I opened the box so I truly am heartbroken. There's a pocked in on the inside of the boot, they're the perfect softness, appear sturdy and don't have a heal. They look so pretty too! Did I mention I am heartbroken? Ha! If you don't have a wide, wide calf, just get these. You'll love them! ... show more

When I first put these boots on they were too tight in the middle of my foot area. I then purchased the next size up and they were perfect and I love the secret pocket inside of the boot. After I wore them all day I noticed the left side ankle support rim started hurting the ankle bone part and when I took it off it was like the bottom support rim of the boot was way too tough and needs a different make next time or I would have loved these boots ... show more
