When the item arrived, I was so pleased, looked great, felt very classy, but as soon as tried it on, I realized I need a wider calf. I was not able to zip it. So I had no choice but to take it the FedEx facility and return it with according to all the instruction. About a week later I received an email that item has been received, and I should be refunded shortly. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I never received the money. Great boots, especially for the price! They are very cute and I like how there is an elastic band to help it stretch around the calf. True to size and color.
