I spent a year walking around S. Korea in heels and boots, spent many more in the beauty industry and my whole life running for sport so I have experience with my feet in shoes...these are golden for me. Ordered 8.5 and they fit well, not uncomfortable for long periods and adjustable for my smaller ankles. They were grippy and flexed well going into an incline while walking. My feet did not slide as I walked downhill so my toes stayed within the sandaled heel. I'm pretty light on my feet and these shoes were pleasantly light as well. The durability and foot support is really good but for thicker feet it will squeeze so it’s good for to show up and brag and then change the sneakers
