Each of the side buckles were wrapped with paper to avoid scratches during shipping & each boot was also wrapped individually. The color is very nice & true to the color displayed. I've been looking for some camel or a lighter brown boot for some time. I saw these boots and even better, they were on sale. I saw them and had to have them, so I got them. Usually, I make myself decide "do I need them? Or do I want them?" I saw them. I wanted them. They're mine. They are so comfortable. I wear a size 8 and they fit just perfect , I normally do not order shoes on line but these were perfect , may order another pair in a different color . Very cute and stylish. So glad I took the chance on them.

These boots are the most comfortable and the warmest boots! I bought my first pair in 2019 and came back to buy another color. Love the sure-footed sole on these!! I have small legs/calves, and these are perfect on me. Highly recommend!

I'm usually a size 9. Slightly wider foot than standard. These boots, I'm a solid 8.5. I bought a pair of 9 last year, loved them but within a few months of wearing its like they stretched out or something. To the point they were flopping around on my legs. So this season I bought 8.5, and they fit perfectly. The fur lining goes all the way to the toes and it packs down with wear (probably why my 9 pair grew). They're not water proof because of the zippers on inner leg, but they kept me dry and warm in the snow and I fear no puddle that is below the 1" of sole. ... show more
