I ordered a size 10. The boots arrived on time and were packaged very well. They have cloth slip bags to store when not in use. The fur lining is soft, supple and warm. You can wear these boots in cool weather without boot socks with no worries. The outward appearance is soft, smooth and stays conformed to the leg. No sliding down the calf! The design and buckle on the sides are an elegant yet simple style for a riding boot that can be worn casually with leggings or more formally in the office. I wore these for 16 straight hours and my feet did not fatigue! No soreness, aches or pains! The cushioning is firm and conforming like walking on a cloud. It caught my every step. I love these boots. Very nice, and the price was perfect. I bought the wide-calf ones and they fit perfectly, I can even slide them on and off without zippering. I'm glad I read the reviews to buy a 1/2 size bigger -- I'm normally an 8 1/2, but I definitely tend to wear thicker socks in the winter. The lining is very soft and warm, as well. The only reason it's getting 4 instead of 5 stars is because the sole on one of the heels has started coming off -- this could very well be user-error, though, since I tend to use my foot to get them off. But, don't let that deter you. These are so comfortable and definitely stylist with jeans or leggings. ... show more

I've been looking everywhere for a flat heeled boot and was very excited to see these on Amazon at such a reasonable price. I was skeptical when ordering that they would be good quality being priced lower than most boots but was pleasantly surprised upon their arrival. I ordered normal width in size 10 and the fit is just right on both foot length as well as calf width and height. They are not too tight in the calf area and not loose either but remain upright when worn without slouching down your leg. The buckle you see in the picture is not adjustable. The color you see in the photo is pretty spot on as well, I was hoping it would be slightly richer brown but I still like it and think the color is probably even more versatile. The inside of the boot is lined and keeps my legs warm but doesn't overheat. Most importantly, this boot is comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I'm someone who is on my feet all day long at work and am very particular about the shoes I wear and have limited tolerance for uncomfortable shoes. I've worn these boots both for long periods of time with limited walking and for long periods of time with lots of walking and have been very satisfied with the comfort level without needing to add any kind of insert, but adding one would likely only make them that much better. Awesome boots for the little money! Super plush inside. Look quite real and like real leather. Fits perfect, but order larger calf size if unsure. They didn't fit calves of someone else who tried them at my home, but perfect if you have thinner-sized lower legs. I love them. I was afraid they would look and feel like plastic, but they are like leather. I was also afraid the lining on the inside would be too thick, but it's hardly noticeable.
