I would go a size up I’m a 9.5 I got size 10 only little issue the shoe felt fine glad I went up a size the strap is a little big so it’s loose fit so when you walk your heel comes up and down like a flip flop. Like the reviews say it’s best to go a half size down. I’m usually a 9 but I got the 8.5 and it fit perfectly. The straps fit loose so the 8.5 was perfect. Wore them all night without any issues. Downside is if you want to use gel inserts the front strap will fit tight around the front part of your foot. ... show more
