Overall I like these shoes. I've worn them in my office. They get dirty easily from dust/dirt, but it's not hard to brush that off. They look cute, and I've got compliments. My main complaints are that they don't have the best arch support, and the zipper slider makes noise when I step. Overall these are good for a simple office job, but not for much beyond that.

I have purchased more than one pair of these shoes. I have only purchased black. I wear them out because I wear them all the time. They go with jeans, sundresses, and short skirts. I wore them throughout France on an extended trip. To make them more comfy for a lot of working on French streets, I added some cushiony insoles. The criss-cross straps make my legs/ankles look long and sexy. I never had a blister with these shoes. They fit perfect from the start.

If only there were a 10.5 size. I'll live with a slightly too big for me11 because these are so cute!! Very soft to the touch exterior, the straps are elastic and hug just right!! Bought up a size because the toes were too narrow initially.

Love these so much I can’t get over they fit my big wide pronated arthritic feet! Needed dress flat and didn’t think my 12 w foot would fit in the 11-11 1/2 but to my surprise they fit and are even a bit loose.
