Usually most shoes are so uncomfortable but I was surprised that these were comfortable to be in all day! Quality booties! Usually in dress shoes I get my size so I didn’t listen to the reviewers who said to size up, well the reviewers were right, definitely size up! I sized up by a half size. I’m a 5 1/2 and I returned the wrong size and got a 6 and it was perfect. It fit like a glove on my foot.

I bought these to wear at a wedding and the heel broke as we were dancing! Embarrassing! I didn’t realize when I ordered them that there is only a 30 day return window so now I can’t return them! I live the looks of them and don’t know if I got a faulty pair. I would suggest buying somewhere with a better return policy!!! UPDATE I changed from 1 star to 5 as the company reached out to offer a refund. After writing this review the seller reached out and offered a full refund. My 15 year old daughter asked if we could order another pair as she really liked them and is hoping maybe we just got a shoe with a weak shaft? Once we get the refund we will reorder and see what happens with a new pair as only one of the shoes had a problem. My daughter really likes the shoes for their style and comfort so it is worth another try!

These boots are beautiful, very sleek, and look just like some Steve Madden boots my mom owns. The soles are very comfortable, but the ankle material is very stiff and can make it difficult to walk any stairs. Additionally, the zipper on my left boot keeps splitting, I’m assuming that the zipper is on the cheaper end and is not a good player with the stiff ankle material. It is not because the boots are too tight on my feet because they fit perfectly. If the zipper was sturdier, I would absolutely buy again, but if you plan to do a lot of walking or any weird movement, you may want to look for a different pair.

This boot is really a nice looking boot, and such a good price. I'll be honest, I did return the boot because I have skinny ankles and ankle shaft is not fitted or a sock fit; so they made my legs looked real skinny. If I were planning to wear these with pants more, I probably would have kept them. They were even comfortable with a 4" heel. Really really a nice boot!
