I got the black nubuck because I need it for a summer party and didn't want to go with the suede. My normal size in a sandal can be either an 8.5 or 9 and the 8.5 fits great. It fits nicely across the tip of my foot and the width was perfect. It seems very comfortable but I haven't worn it long enough yet to give a review about the comfort. I love the color of these. They are perfect height for me and the chunky heel makes it bearable to wear these all day! I wore them for a wedding I was in and spent over 12 hours in them. They are lightweight, and the soles and arch support are padded. The straps have held up well as I have worn them more, but the liner that the foot sits on has started to come up along the edges.
