Wide foot friendly, just size up half a size - if you do have wide feet. I usually wear a size 9, but I ordered a 9.5 and it fit perfect in width and length. The ankle straps barely closed on me, as I have big ankles ( I am plus sized 1XL). The heel height is great, they are very comfortable, and I think these are the kind of heels that can be danced in all night. Also, the copper color was absolutely beautiful. My daughters both want me to order them a pair. The bows are moldeable, you can make them pop or lay them flat. I don’t care much for the heel block piece, but when you have them on - you won’t care because of the stability and comfort. I’ll be ordering a few more. These shoes ran a little small. I’m normally a size 7 but when I got those they were small. Had to return and reorder a bigger size. They for great. Very comfortable. Beautiful. Sturdy. Great shoe. Will reorder in the other colors. They are comfortable to walk in. Doesn’t feel like it’s a heel.

I am wearing a plain black dress, so I wanted an eye-catching shoe. I bought the hot pink. First impression is they look exactly as they do in the pictures. Pink is so pretty, and the jewels are sparkly. I wear an 8 and purchased and 8. True to size for me. They came packaged nicely. Although, some of the jewels fell off. (This is why the 4 stars). I can see it, but I doubt anyone would notice. The plastic part is a flexible softer plastic. I wore them in the house for an hr., the plastic does kind of dig into my feet a bit. The heel is sturdy, and the straps are comfortable. The straps do move down after wearing them if you make the cross in the front. I doubt I will be doing much dancing in these. I feel like a few hours' tops, and I will be aching, LOL. But, they are very pretty and stylish for the price. I am happy with my purchase. It's the look I was going for. They are ok to walk in, the heel was a taller than I expected, so I'll manage walking around just fine, but like I said, I can't see dancing in these. ... show more

UPDATED REVIEW: Customer service reached out to me and I was extremely impressed with the kindness and friendliness by this seller. By far has been the best customer service I've received from a seller on Amazon. They sent me a message and I was able to get a replacement heel. I will upload pictures of the replacement heels soon, they were very comfortable and cute, received many compliments on the night I wore them. Heels were true to size and good quality. INITIAL REVIEW: The shoe is beautiful and very comfortable. I wear a size 10 in heels and can wear regular width but prefer wide for extra comfort. These were extremely comfortable when I tried them on. I do wear heels daily for work between 2-4 inches. These were stable and the strap was comfortable. For reference, I am 230 lbs, 5’7”. My negative two stars for the rating comes from the quality of the product I received. The soles look like someone tried them on a dirty surface. I also found this weird looking grey spot on the side of one heel and after trying to clean it, it only became worse. I think it was glue or something from the person who tried them on. That same heel had another spotty white thing on the clear part. I would like to purchase another pair to see if the same quality is received or if this was an unfortunate overlook on the sellers behalf. I would appreciate some kind of discount if so, for keeping this pair as is. ... show more
