The moment my kids tried them on, I could tell these boots were made well. The sturdy rubber sole and waterproof material gives me confidence they'll withstand whatever winter weather my kids play in. The insulation is amazing. My kids have been so toasty even when out sledding for hours. No more frozen feet like with other boots we've tried. I also love the great traction on snow and ice the boots provide. ***UPDATE***They reached out to me right away to offer a refund. That is GREAT customer service. I ordered a different pair. I might have just had a faulty pair. The customer service made up for the situation! The zipper broke within 3 weeks. The zipper comes undone and slides down by itself. These have been nothing but trouble for my 9 year old daughter. Super cute for a young girl and with the rubber foot part no water will get in and the fur lining is quite thick and goes right down into the boot to keep feet warm. Great for winter outside play or just being outside for walks as boot overall is not super heavy or bulky.
