These boots are really lovely! The vegan leather is shiny and gives a dressy appearance. I bought my regular size and they fit great, both feet and calves. I’ve worn them 4 times. The zippers are working fine. The boots are very comfortable and warm. They are not waterproof, so I found a waterproofing product suitable for vegan leather, and it in no way changed the beautiful shine of the boots. I have walked on top of ice and snow in them, with no slipping. I haven’t had to immerse them in a puddle or pile of snow, so I can’t vouch for the effectiveness of the waterproofing product, and I will try to avoid doing so just to stay on the safe side. Last year I bought a more casual pair of boots from this brand and loved them (still do!) which encouraged me to try these - and I’m very glad I did! ... show more

Update: I wore these for about five or six hours yesterday. They’re comfortable, but the inside of the boot rubs on my ankles and caused a blister. I’ll probably have to wear bandaids with them in the future. Still really like these shoes, but I have to drop from 5 stars to 4 stars because of the pain. They look exactly as pictured and fit my feet really well! I’m usually an 8, 8.5 or 9 depending on the shoe, and I got these in an 8.5. I tried them on with boot socks (not super thick like cozy socks, but thicker than business socks) and they’re perfect. My feet are narrow, so I’d say they’re TTS, but go up at least half a size if you have wider feet. ... show more

These are wide around the calves for me, but I don’t mind the little extra space. They are reasonably priced and comfortable. Update: these boots are so comfortable, I bought a second pair-the brown ones!
