Purchased for BGE XL. This was easy to assemble. There are a couple of scratches on the legs. As noted in other reviews this product is painted black, not powder coated. I plan on using a high heat paint for touch ups. Nice, easy rolling casters that roll easy. That's important. The brakes on the casters are easy to lock and unlock. With the XL BGE there is a lot of weight involved. There is just a little bit of give in the cart if you simply grab it and yank it. I may add a horizontal metal brace about half way up at some point just to make the cart a little strong and for me to feel a little more secure in the cart. I am sure it is not needed. Looks good, looks like it should, and does not look out of place. I BBQ all the time all year long. I look forward to years of use. I got this to replace the wooden table the BGE was sitting in as it was getting a little 'wobbly' after 12 years of moving around the patio and being roughly moved from one house to another. The table will be tightened up with a new top and put back in use as a bbq work surface. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE 5/29/2021. The cart has continued to be great overall However... I last night I wanted to move the BGE XL a few feet. The two caster locks were in place. I unlocked on of them - no problem! Then I attemped to unlock the other. It would not. Turns out part of the cast lock mechanism had rusted to such an extent that it simply broke and was jammed. It got it out easy enough. This cart has been truely great but now I need to figure out if I can replace a 50 cent part or do I need to buy whole new caster. How many dollars will that be? For the price of the cart I expected amuch longer life of ALL components. THe locks are very important as the BGE and cart are now on a low deck that is about 1 foot high. Having the locks gives me confidence I will not accidenatlly roll the whole thing off the edge. Yeah, it does roll easy which is great. I have not used a full cover on the BGE as it is kept under a gazebo and does not get (very) wet. On the other hand I was expecting full stainless steel. May have to spend more money now to get a cover for the BGE XL as well as, of course, a new caster. Not really happy that I have to deal with this unexpected distraction.

Got the xl and it’s a touch large for my vision grill but it works just fine. Hopefully it’ll last awhile before our humidity takes its toll!
