The hats bill has strange pleats and it’s cheap, we switched ours out along with the other accessories from a different cat in the hat kit. The bow tie is also made of felt, pretty cheap.

My son wanted to be a cat for Halloween and finding one for a boy was a challenge but this works great I just removed the bow. My son is 9 and I ordered a kids XL and it’s true to size. My daughter loved her costume. She normally wears a size 6 and it fit her just fine. The hat and the bow are made of a thin felt type material. We bought a nicer hat at the Halloween store. We ended up using the hat that came with the costume to dress up her pumpkin.
