The media could not be loaded. So I agree that the zipper is really stiff. It’s because the zipper is cheap. To help fix the problem use wax, it is like lube for zippers. Suggestion use invented. Lol I didn’t 😂

Overall it is a good shoe. I was looking for something to wear at work that is stylish yet comfortable. This fit the bill. I got several compliments the first time I wore them and my feet didn’t hurt after a 10 hour day. Didn’t need breaking in either. I wore these shoes at work (business casual attire office) and was super comfortable all day. They go with many different outfits and would likely buy the black ones in the future. Only thing I don't like is the zipper is not as smooth and sometimes gets a little stuck. I'm afraid the strap for it might break at some point so we'll see! Otherwise a great shoe and I did the try before you buy option so I was able to try it and see if it matched the outfits I was hoping to wear with it so it was a great option!
