Just recieved my Devon flower Docs, they're the most comfortable Docs I've previously worn. They are heavy like all Docs also quality built like them. I have given 4 stars as I seem to have received a pair that must have been previously worn and/or tried on multiple times as the straps look to be used, had multiple creases and were soft unlike how a new stiff strap would be. The rest of the shoes including the soles seem to be new. But for the cheaper price tag I am going to overlook it as these cost $210 in a retail store.

I can say that I love me some Dr Martens now because I officially own a pair; my first pair! They do normally run large but not so much in this shoe, the Devon Flower. My normal shoe size is 6 in Uggs & 7 in most shoes. I ordered the U.S. size 7 (UK Size 5) in black and they fit perfect with socks! Tough, heavy, trendy, stylish, rugged looking & feeling, . . . everything you'd expect from a pair of Dr Martens! I saw where people were having issues with tightening the buckle on these. I tightened the first or lowest buckle before I put them on & then buckled the second or higher buckle once I had the shoes on. This worked for me (just in case anyone else is having difficulties getting the straps tight enough). These were shipped thru Zappos & I received them 2 days before the expected delivery date! Bonus! Just wearing these shoes makes me feel happy! They last forever & never go out of style! I'm so happy I have a pair now!

These boots are so cute. The leather is soft and they make your feet look so cute. My only complaint is that I wish they had a zipper rather than buckles. The 2 straps that hold the boots closed are very cheap. Seems like vinal and not leather. I sent them back.

Look I love Dr. Martens. BUT BUT BUT they don’t make half sizes. The 7 hits my big toe and hurts. The 8 literally are so big they feel like clown shoes and I have to wear thick socks just so they don’t flip around. This is every Dr. Marten style. I literally can’t wear them. This specific pair are very thick material. It’s a little odd they look “chubby” like a passer by commented on them on me. Also the tongue of the shoe isn’t long enough on the inside of the boot so it’s always sliding over to the outside and I had to constantly pull it back up. Dude Doc Martens are too expensive for these type of problems. Though I am thankful for Amazon they make buying and returning east. The doc martens website is such a very big hassle. I won’t buy from them. They charge for a return and if you checkout as a guest there is no easy way to look up and print return label. Only buy your Dr. Martens from Amazon!
