Harness your edge – at a height. The Chesney Harness 10-eye boot is reworked with a strap-led update. Soft and smooth, Sendal leather forms the foundation of the boot. Crafted to stay true to the Chesney silhouette, we accessorised it with antique black cross rivet hardware on harness detailing. With a side zip for easy fastening, our scripted heel loop sits at the top of the boot, and our signature yellow faux stitching lines the welt. The boot is finished with a black cemented Ardern sole – heeled and grooved for maximum impact with every step.

These boots are wonderful! Unbelievably, they’re much lighter than I expected from the photos online. That was a huge bonus right away. Even better, I don’t think I’ll need any break-in period. They’re soft, flexible, and comfortable straight out of the box. The zipper is also an awesome feature — it makes them easy to get on and off without sacrificing that classic Doc look. I initially thought they might be a little more embellished than I usually go for, but in person they’re just cute and feminine — not over the top at all. I had been eyeing these for a couple of months, going back and forth. I wondered if the heels would feel too high, if they’d be stiff or heavy, or if the zipper would be hard to close. I’m happy to say all of those worries were for nothing. Sizing was true to Doc for me. I typically wear an 8.5–9 in regular shoes, and the size 8 fits perfectly. Get them! I usually wear a 6 in docs. However I do own a few and some are a size 5, but some are a size 6. My best advice is measure your feet. Opted for the size 5. My feet are a little under 9 inches. I can wear thick socks and they are heavy... I LOOOOVE THEM.

1st pair of Dr. Martens! Cute and comfortable out of the box day 1. Wore these through a full day of errands lots of walking. Feet a lil sore but nothing a full day of errands doesn't do without looking cute in some dusty sneakers. Day 2 of wear Much more comfortable leather started to soften around ankles may need to redo lace tension . I wore them through snow water and ice . Very gripping. Even getting in and out of a truck with running boards! Would have been 5 stars if they had better arch support.... but i added some on hand. I want another pair now ! ... show more
