love love loveeeee these shoes. as with a docs and women’s sizing in general, the sizing is a bit off. i had to return and reorder a smaller size than my typical shoe size. also, as is typical with most doc marten’s, the shoes aren’t the most comfortable until they are fairly worn in. i got a blister on the side of my heel from the back part of the strap. that could have been my fault as i walked around quite a lot that particular day, but it’s still something to potentially consider. apart from that, i love these shoes even though i’m not much of a sandals girlie normally. theyre super cute and stylish as well, as can easily be worn to be casual or even business casual. ... show more

Definitely my absolute favorite sandals, super comfortable and can be dressed up or down! The one thing I will say though, these are my fourth pair of docs (the rest all being boots) and they were the WORST to break in. My ankles were absolutely raw and it hurt to move in them. My biggest tip is to get a pair of super thick socks and wear them for hours around the house, and also while wearing socks apply the wonder balm liberally and hit them with a blow drier to soften them up. I also got some cushioned permanent inserts that you stick on the inside of sandal straps from target, and they made a massive difference! Once I did all that I got them broken in and they’re amazing, but it definitely takes effort to get them to that point so be prepared! Also, these run large! I’m an 8 in doc boots and got these in a 7 and they’re still just a touch too big, but that actually helped a bit with breaking them in 🤷♀️ ... show more

These sandals are adorable and exactly the vibe I wanted—but be warned, they run big. I normally wear a size 6, but had to return and reorder a 5, which fit much better. Once I had the right size, they were perfect! Stylish, comfy, and worth the effort.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I love these sandals! They will be my new go to for the summer! I love the squishy insole and the straps are perfect! Not too tight or loose. Docs tend to run large for women. So I recommend measuring your foot. You’ll probably have to size down a size. I’m normally a 7 - 7 1/2 and I wear a size 6 in Doc Martens. ... show more

They run BIG!!! I ordered and had to return my normal size for a full size down. The third strap is set really wide, it doesn’t touch my foot at all - I noticed this on both pairs. As with any strappy sandal there is some rubbing on the toes that will take a break in period or bandaids (pro-tip: use liquid bandaid!).
