I love these sandals- they've opened a can of worms, now I want to buy more- soo many more, but one person only needs so many pairs of sandals and I'm on a budget. They're stylish, but also practical, great for those who have a tendency to roll ankles and fall easily- great traction. I wore them camping recently, and also out for date night- they're versatile. Also, SOOO COMFY!! But breaking them in is a MUST! I wore them in two hour stretches-with socks- for the first 3 or 4 times before going nuts. Also they run large, as Docs do, I ordered the 9 and they are an absolute dream- but my typically shoe size is a 9.5/10 for reference.

these shoes are PERFECT! They came in the doc martens box, wrapped so they couldn’t get scuffed. Super quick delivery. They are definitely pretty big so I would size down. I’m usually an 8 and I ordered a 7 and honestly I probably could’ve even gone to a 6.5 and it wouldn’t have been an issue. They are sooo pretty and comfortable! I wore them for my senior pictures.

These sandals are so comfortable! They run a little big so I suggest sizing down one size, they are a little heavy so if you’re not used to that probably not a good fit. Good quality, and great support.

I usually wear a 7/7.5 and ordered an 8 originally. They were much too big, so I ordered a 7 and they fit much better. After wearing them for a couple months they’ve held up perfectly, they’re well made and thick and heavy like a Doc always is. They’re comfortable, but the arch for my foot is just a little off as I have wider feet and the over the foot straps need some time to stretch. They are great dressed up and down and I get a lot of compliments on them! Super versatile and despite the arch issue I’d buy them in more colors! If I tighten the ankle then it holds my foot in better on the arch. There is a definite difference between the over the foot straps on the size 8 and the 7. If your feet are just a little wider, but you don’t buy wide shoes then I’d stick to your normal size for sure.

Got these and wore them the next day to universal studios. Walked over 5+ miles and no foot pain at all! Didn’t have to break them in. Well worth every penny for such comfortable shoes. The heel size is perfect and they aren’t heavy at all

Since these run a tiny bit big and only come in whole sizes and not half sizes it can be hard to get a good fit. I am an 8 or 8.5 in all other brands. I buy an 8 in sandals from Dr. Martens even though the footbed is a tad too long because the footbed of the 7 will be way too short. I don't want my heels hanging off the back or toes hanging off the front. That looks silly. I have two pairs of the other styles of sandals from them and the straps are really secure, so the little bit of extra footbed was never a problem. The straps on this style are very suitable for someone with high arches and wide feet (which I do have), but I don't feel they hold my foot in the shoe securely, which makes it less comfortable to walk and less safe for other things too (walking, driving, etc.) since it's a platform. People with shorter pinky toes (which I also have) will have issues with their toes peeking between the straps if they get their usual size, but will probably hang off at least one of the ends of the footbed if they size down to compensate. Aside from the straps not being perfect, the quality of construction seems on par with my other sandals from this brand.
