A tried and true staple!
Size: 6 Color: Black Burnished Wyoming
You just can’t go wrong with a classic pair of doc martens! Like other reviewers have mentioned, the leather is a bit stiff at first and feels tight BUT I wore them around my house for a bit as I could tolerate and then wore them with double socks the first time out and the leather broke in right away! They’ve shapes to my feet nicely and the faux fur lining keeps me warm on chillier walks. The anti slip soles are incredible too! These are both stylish versatile, and comfortable and just all around functional for fall through spring. They feel very well made and while the price is what it is, you’re getting what you pay for and these shoes should last me for years to come with proper care! ... show more

Doc's are the best.....
Size: 10 Women/9 Men Color: Black Burnished Wyoming
being an older woman who still wants fashion it has been a challenge finding shoes/boots that your feet dont hurt after awhile. I now own a lot of Ariat, Ryka and Doc's because all offer support, fashion and are made well and last. This is my 3rd pair of Doc's and I love them. I was looking for a boot to wear outdoors and tried many hiking boots. The problem with hiking boot for cold weather is they are so heavy. Doc's are not, plus this style has the furry inside which keeps your feet warm. And Doc's do form to your feet. Are they waterproof, no but I dont care. I could wear a pair of waterproof socks if i am concerned. I wore a pair of Doc's on my motorcycle in a downpour for hours and once they dried out, they were fine. That was 10 years ago and the pair still looks and feels great. If you like the style, Doc's are always worth the extra $. You will have them for years... ... show more

Love the looks and the fur lining!
Size: 8 Color: Black Burnished Wyoming
Love these! I have used them for very cold walks in freezing Boston, and they kept my feet warm. I have to choose socks carefully since the fur lining can pull them down, but the right socks make these magic! They are definitely still breaking in, but feeling better and better, and loving warm feet during a very cold winter! ... show more

About the sizing...
Size: 8 Color: Black Burnished Wyoming
Gen X here. I used to have so many pairs of Docs in varying styles as a teen and 20-something in the 1990's. I loved them. The leather is sturdy and as you wear them/break them in, they start forming themselves to the shape of your foot and ankle for a custom fit. The soles are air cushioned and really nice if you have to be on your feet a lot. I've seen people asking if these are real Docs and about the sizing. Yes, as far as I can tell, they are legit. They were packaged well, are well made and feel good on. I really like the fluff... So cozy. As for sizing, I wear a 7.5 US women. I always used to buy size 7 Docs back in "the old days." Now that I'm older and a little fatter I decided to go ahead and get a size 8. Well... I probably should have got a size 7, after all. They are a little bit roomy in the heal and toe. I'm not going to trade them, though. I got these for autumn and winter and plan to be wearing thick socks most of the time. So, I believe it really comes down to preference. If you are a half size and want a more snug fit, go down. If you want/need wiggle room, go up. Just be sure that when you break them in you lace them properly so you don't end up with a boot that chafes your ankles. ... show more

LOOOOVE these boots
Size: 8 Color: Black Burnished Wyoming
I absolutely LOOOOOVE these boots. When I decided to get some Docs I was worried about blisters. I know Docs usually need a break in period, so I wore them around my house on a couple of occasions just to see how they felt. Lemme tell you, they were so comfy and barely needed any break in at all. This morning was the third time I ever put these on and I decided to take my dogs on a walk (about 2.5 miles) in cold and wet grass. These made my walk so enjoyable! I typically wear running shoes when walking my dogs and come home with my feet soaking wet and cold as ice. Not only did these keep my tootsies warm and dry, they were just as comfortable to walk in as any of my running shoes! Those bouncy soles are magic! They are also super cute, I'll be wearing these ALL the time until summer hits again! ... show more

Good quality
Size: 7 Color: Black Burnished Wyoming
I looked long and hard for this exact style of Dr Martens. They are cute, very warm, and water proof. Only complaint was they were so tight at the area where the tongue is sewn in that they made my toes go numb and the top of my foot hurt after having on for only a few hours. They spent two weeks in the closet with the boot stretchers inside to stretch them just enough to wear all day. Still hurt my feet after a long day in them. Being a very high quality boot, I'm sure they'll eventually break in after this winter of wear and hopefully become more comfortable. Still love them! ... show more

Both very cool & very warm!
Size: 9 Color: Black Burnished Wyoming
I’ve been wearing this style of Doc Marten boot for two years, and decided I needed to go up a size. My feet are getting bigger! So I bought them again, this time on Amazon. The new ones are perfect! I have a lot of other winter boots, being a bit of a footwear fetishist, but I’m going to give them all to Goodwill — because these are the only ones I ever wear. They keep my feet warm in the Vermont winter. The tread handles snow pretty well. The look is au courant. My boots have been admired by teenagers and twenty somethings. They don’t need breaking in. The fuzzy lining cushions the feet and toes and offers instant comfort. ... show more

My favorite shoes
Size: 10 Women/9 Men Color: Black Burnished Wyoming
UPDATE: I live in Wisconsin and it has been very cold and snowy here. I wear these with no socks and walk through the snow and I have zero issues. My feet are dry and cozy. The other day I put on my Sperry snow boots and after walking through the snow my feet were like ice. Docs for the win. Fits just right. I have a narrow size 10, there’s room. I don’t need to wear socks with them, they’re so warm. I wore them around the house and to short trips to the grocery, etc. to break them in for a couple weeks before I wore them for a real long period of time. I read ahead of time that breaking them in is crucial and I followed that advice. I love them ... show more
