I am usually 6-6.5 in women's size, and I ordered a size 5- they fit me perfectly. They are much more comfortable than adult 1461s, however the quality of the material is not as good. It appears to be synthetic leather or plastic ? Not quite sure. Does not bother me much much. We will see how long they last. ... show more
