1472 Mono is the original Dr. Martens boot redesigned with a monochromatic look from the ground up. Built to last, this unisex boot is forged using one of the finest methods of construction: utilizing a Goodyear welt and heat- sealing it to the sole. The 1460 Mono is made with highly durable leather and sits on an AirWair sole, which is oil and fat resistant with good abrasion and slip resistance. Use Dr. Martens Wonder Balsam to protect the leather and keep your boots clean, soft and supple.

This shoe sucks as well as the seller. Very unsatisfied with product. This isnt what I selected . I clicked the classic style which was the only style to pick from. Not only does it not have the gum brown see thru bottom, it doesn’t have the classic yellow stitching. As well as not having the yellow and black tag, Nor the yellow insoles. Everything is black on black which isn’t what I was going for. It looks like a very bland prison boot. Really looks like something bob barker made. And is maybe the most uncomfortable shoe I’ve ever tryed on. It’s soo stiff in every way . It felt as if I were wearing a cardboard box around my foot, with that being an overstatement because a box might have been more comfortable. I would suggest anyone buy this boot, or maybe it was just this seller. Because your not going to get what has been advertised and uncomfortably is what your signing up for. 🤦🏽 that’s a definite, I got two pairs one for myself as well as my partner as a gift and my partner was unimpressed, and unsatisfied. These boots are rad. Classic 1460 in Mono color. The shine on the “greasy” isn’t over the top. Wear with jeans or a suit. Solid all around boot. 🫰🏼

There was a review here that was spot on. Get a size larger than normal! I dont understand how the 1460 mono is smaller than the standard 1460 but it is. I ordered the size I usually wear and my toes were hitting the tops pretty bad. The insoles are not removable like other docs and the interior feels like youre walking on bricks. I'm most likely gonna end up returning these... ... show more

Perfect. I was skeptical because of some reviews posted on here, but they turned out great. I ordered the smooth black color and they look fantastic. The quality is top notch as well. I'm positive they are the real Doc Martens because they came in a brand new Doc Marten and have Doc Marten labeling on them. Overall very pleased and they're pretty comfortable. Warning: if youve never seen doc martens before, these look huge. But if you put them on your shoes it looks more normal. ... show more

Very cute, kind of bulky but that is expected of Doc Martens. Very stiff material until you are able to wear them down a bit so don’t recommend buying for long distance walking. Besides that very cute and fit true to size.

The Dr. Martens 1460 boot has been my favorite boot for over 30 years now. I work as a teacher and as a musician and am on my feet all day long. These boots make it easier to be on my feet all day.
