This vacuum-free feeding is closest to breastfeeding and Dr. Brown’s® Medium-Fast Flow Nipples provide a consistent flow so baby can feed at their own pace. The breast-like nipple shape encourages a proper latch for a more natural bottle feeding experience and eases the transition from breast to bottle and back again. The Level 3 Nipple and Anti-Colic vent system is proven to help preserve bottle milk nutrients and aid in digestion for a better night’s sleep. Made of super-soft, 100% silicone, the Level 3 Nipple fits all Dr. Brown’s® narrow bottles. The suggested age range for the Level 3 Nipple is 6 months+, but baby’s preferred flow rate may vary. This is perfect! Works with ready made formula bottles both Similac and Enfamil. You will need a plastic ring to use the nipple on the ready to go bottles. I got one from a one time use sample from the doctor.

My 2 month old still uses these nipples. He really had a problem with eating to fast, and with these there’s hardly any leakage, he gets better suction, and the durability of these nipples is great. Definitely worth the money.

These worked well and for what I needed. Comes with six which was more than enough for me. If you're baby hasn't been taking the bottle and seems uninterested, I would definitely think about switching the nipple size. Did that with my baby and it worked like a charm.

My son turned 3 months, and I was afraid to change the nipples from Level 1 to 2, thinking that he might not adjust well to the change. But my son loved it, the size fits well my baby’s needs. It lives to its promise that it is slow flowing, and I am not worried that my baby would be choked by swallowing milk. The hole is just enough to slowly let out milk. It is not that versatile, you can only use it on narrow Dr Brown bottles, not for the wide ones. I am not sure though if this is compatible to other narrow bottles of different brands. It is also comfortable for my baby to use it. The only downside is, there are still leaks whenever I use my Dr Brown regardless of the Level 1 or Level 2 nipple change.
