I never have time to write a review because well face it. As a mom, you’re on the clock 24/7! However, I’m making the time to write this review because this is my third time ordering these Dr. Brown wide neck bottle sippy spouts. This first time I ordered, it was the wrong fit for the bottles and it came in a different packaging but I needed the replacement since my daughter bit through the original sippy spout nipples & liquid was spilling all over her neck. So I gave it a second chance and when I ordered it, the product came like it did in my picture and when I tried it, I was pleasantly surprised that it was the prefect fit! The only concern I have is that when my daughter finishes her milk, when she positions the bottle up-right, remnants of milk spill from under where you twist the top of the bottle. Other than that, this definitely fits the wide neck Dr. Browns bottles. ... show more

These worked great for my Phillips Avent bottles. I bought enough for all 8 of bottles, I thought I was set when it came to sippy cups. Then around 16-17 months old my daughter found out you could push the middle into the bottle and milk would go everywhere. The first time she discovered this was in her car seat. The milk was in every nook and cranny of my car, this took months to clean. I had to take her car seat apart twice to try to get rid of the rotten milk smell. I thought it was a fluke and that she’s didn’t mean to. Then I seen her pop the middle in on 2 other occasions. After that we stopped the use of these tops and switched to nuk transition sippy cups. So yea I don’t recommend using these for Phillips avent. But overall the quality is nice and you get two tops for $3 which is a great price!
