Work well. Is good enough and the price is right to continue using these bottles instead of buying dedicated sippy cups. Only leaks a little when vent is clogged and hanging upside down. Not immune to leaks when toddler bounces bottle nipple side down on high chair or table.

I never have time to write a review because well face it. As a mom, you’re on the clock 24/7! However, I’m making the time to write this review because this is my third time ordering these Dr. Brown wide neck bottle sippy spouts. This first time I ordered, it was the wrong fit for the bottles and it came in a different packaging but I needed the replacement since my daughter bit through the original sippy spout nipples & liquid was spilling all over her neck. So I gave it a second chance and when I ordered it, the product came like it did in my picture and when I tried it, I was pleasantly surprised that it was the prefect fit! The only concern I have is that when my daughter finishes her milk, when she positions the bottle up-right, remnants of milk spill from under where you twist the top of the bottle. Other than that, this definitely fits the wide neck Dr. Browns bottles. ... show more

My toddler hated every sippy cup we tried (we tried over 9!) Finally I realized her bottles were comforting because she recognized them. We switched the nipples to sippy cup nipples and now it’s been great. It’s also nice to reuse what we have! No leakage, withstand the teeth of an teether and fit great. ... show more

I bought sippy lids for each bottle size but the sippy lids almost all leak. Only 1 out of 4 lids actually fits well. The rest are leaky so either we spend another 5 minutes digging through pieces to rebuild or in frustration we hand it to a very thirsty screaming baby and he soaks the entire front of his clothes needing a change after. So my frustration with these is that they aren't quite as interchangeable with the bottles as I'd hoped. I love our Dr Brown so maybe we just got a bad package. ... show more

These worked great for my Phillips Avent bottles. I bought enough for all 8 of bottles, I thought I was set when it came to sippy cups. Then around 16-17 months old my daughter found out you could push the middle into the bottle and milk would go everywhere. The first time she discovered this was in her car seat. The milk was in every nook and cranny of my car, this took months to clean. I had to take her car seat apart twice to try to get rid of the rotten milk smell. I thought it was a fluke and that she’s didn’t mean to. Then I seen her pop the middle in on 2 other occasions. After that we stopped the use of these tops and switched to nuk transition sippy cups. So yea I don’t recommend using these for Phillips avent. But overall the quality is nice and you get two tops for $3 which is a great price! I love these, the flow is definitely higher. My daughter didn’t like that at first, because she can’t lay down with her bottle anymore (which was my goal for her anyway to get away from laying down with the bottle) so it’s a really great transitional solution because it goes right on her Dr browns bottles and so she didn’t really know why her milk was different and she’s too tired to care and the adjustment was very quick. Easy to clean. These are soooooo much cheaper here on Amazon it’s actually Astonishing. They are several dollars more expensive everywhere else I have seen them. ... show more
