This has been a great addition/ replacement for multiple purpose. I have quartz counter tops so didn't want to use vinegar based cleaner on those so got this stuff. I followed the directions for making a cleaning solution. Put it in a spray bottle. It's been perfect as a surface cleaner. Works great on my counters as well as my stainless steel appliances. I have also used it to mop my floors and I feel it does a good job. I like how it is more natural and chemical free than most big brand options.     • Excellent for urine

Our adult son Is disabled and wears diapers. He wakes up soaked every morning; bedding and all. We’ve tried everything on the market to combat the urine smell in laundry and the only combo that worked was all fre and clear with oxy laundry soap, AND oxi clean powder AND Lysol sanitizer liquid. I wanted to reduce the number of chemicals we were using (for all our health but he has seizures so the less crap he’s exposed to the better), so after a bit of experimenting I landed on this Dr Bronners. Now all I need is a teaspoon of this soap and the free and clear powder oxi clean in the drum! NO PEE SMELLS! All our clothes are clean, and I feel better knowing we’ve reduced so many chemicals! The only con to this for me is our laundry is in the basement. It’s not heated so the soap starts to get so thick you can’t squeeze it out. So it has to stay upstairs and we have to remember to take it down with us. Not a big deal, but a bit of a pain in winter. Summer it’ll be fine. It worked so well that after this small bottle we bought the gallon! Yes it seems like it costs more than Tide or Purcell etc BUT you use so very little compared to those it’ll def last longer than a gallon of Tide, making it less expensive! You don’t need near as much of this as a traditional laundry soap and it works amazing! Start with a teaspoon and see how well it work. Don’t dump a bunch in like normal soap; you’ll waste product and money but it’ll be a mess I’d think. ... show more

Amazing cleaner, powerful and dirt, grime, grease. Still gentle on skin contact. Nice pleasant pine smell. Love using it to mop linoleum floors, and just used it to wash my car (based on the new suggestion of washing 128 cars with a 32oz bottle) I don't think you can stretch it *quite* that far, but this goes a LONG way. I love this soap for laundry, dishes and cleaning! It’s safe and effective. When I bought the smaller bottles, the caps were weak and came broken which meant soap EVERYWHERE! I reviewed the smaller bottle of this product. It is such an amazing cleaner, I wanted to do another review because I ordered the gallon size. Price isn't great. It's expensive but worth it in my opinion. This has replaced nearly all of my cleaning products. I use this on pretty much everything from clothes, washing fruit/veggies, scrubbing the floor, cleaning carpets, it perfectly spot cleaned my sofa and I'm extremely impressed with how clean the dishes get so quickly. You must follow the dosing instructions otherwise this really won't work. It will make a greasy mess because of how concentrated it is. 1-2 tablespoons really will clean the dirtiest laundry. One tablespoon with a little washing soda in a quart of hot water will clean the entire house. I use it as an all purpose spray and use it on nearly evey single thing in the house. The smell is mild and not bad. Your clothes will end up smelling like nothing except the clean fabric if you use this correctly. Perfect for allergies to scent and sensitive skin. ... show more
