The small capsule size is easier to swallow than some other brands of fish oil I've tried (though of course that means having to take more to get the same amount of omega 3's). Quality seems decent, I just wish the ratio of EPA/DHA was specified, because this matters (to me), and the best quality brands always have this listed.

Great fish oil in a bioavailable form. The mini pills mean you get slightly less per serving, but they are far easier to swallow than the large gel capsules.

The price seems okay, but I really would have preferred to see EPA and DHA amounts listed separately, rather than combining them into a single line of "500 mg". Depending on your health objectives, knowing how much of each you're getting is rather important.

This is my second bottle of supplements from "Dr. Brian." I was impressed with the first one I tried (it was green-lipped mussel oil), and I am impressed with these mini Omega3 capsules, as well. First of all, even though the capsules are small and easy to swallow, they are high potency; I like that each capsule has 581 mg of fish oil, which includes 500mg of the Omega # fatty acids EPA and DHA. This means I only need to take one small capsule per day. I love that these supplements are made in the USA for peace of mind. They are also have no colorings or heavy metals, are gluten free and non-GMO, which is terrific. These have a light lemon flavoring which is pleasant without being too strong or obvious. Since I only need to take one per day, this bottle of 130 capsules will last me 130 days, making this product an excellent value, as well. As another reviewer mentioned, these capsules also include vitamin D and vitamin E, so make sure these will work with any multivitamin you are taking. Overall, I'm very happy with these and the Dr. Brian brand.

I really can't speak to the lemon flavor because this pill hardly has any scent at all, and I didn't taste anything from the outer coating. All good things. No fishiness anywhere. Easy to swallow.

I didn't realize when ordering this supplement that each soft gel also contains 1000 IU of vitamin D, and 7.5 IU of vitamin K, in addition to 500 mg of fish oil. I normally take 2,000 mg of fish oil and 2000 IU of vitamin D. If I take four to get my 2,000 mg of fish oil, that would be too much vitamin D. If I take two to get my 2,000 IU of vitamin D, that wouldn't be enough fish oil. I can make it work by taking two of these, plus pure fish oil, but it's a bit of a pain. Other than that caveat (which might only apply to me), these soft gels seem fine. No fishy burps.
