They are a good value and fits nicely. The installation was relatively easy but a little time consuming. There are videos on YouTube that show the exact steps to replace these. I don't drive my car much so I change them once a year.

I bought a used Model 3 that had that infamous mold smell, so I figured I should change the filter. I was pretty nervous about getting in over my head or finding out I don’t have the correct tools, but this kit eliminated that worry. The filters are much better quality than the ones I pulled out of there, but I was most impressed by the fact that it came with a torx screwdriver and a tiny pry bar for the little plastic rivets. watch a yt video on how to perform replacement, get one of these and a can of coil foam cleaner. takes about 30 minutes to replace the foul smelling model 3 filters. saves you over $100 vs. having tesla come out and do the work. the product is excellent, especially at this price point, and includes the tools you need to complete model 3 replacement. ... show more

At 22k, my a/c was smelling musty. Replaced the OEM with these. The old ones were beyond disgusting. Access/installation is quirky purely due to their location, but if I did it-most anybody can do it. Watch the install videos, tools are included in the kit.

    • Hard to install on 2018 model
The dimensions are off making it hard to install compared to the OEM product. The sponge around the corners is cheap and can break down easily. I am worried that it will add to the problem by having to deal with broken down sponge bits in few months. I’d not buy this filter again.

    • Clean fresh air
Recommend using it after flushing the area under the filter with an ac flushing fluid. Just make sure to let the fluid drain and dry first. 5 star for the price and clean air. However, be warned that installing it is a big pain the arse. That's a tesla issue, not the products fault.

Nice filter kit at a great price. Watch a few YouTube videos and learn to swap these yourself. It's gonna suck the first time you do it but will get easier on subsequent installs.
