My clothes are left soft, static free, smelling delightful and all without any sticky residue on my clothing. The scent truly is calming, so fresh and definitely not “perfumey”. I do clean the lint filter with a bit of dawn soap and water once a month though, as the stickiness of the sheets gets engrained and stuck in the lint filter, which can strain the ability for the dryer to do its job. I've been buying the downy calm scented fabric softener and dryer sheets for many years now and im obsessed with their scent and how my clothes come out feeling soft, not wrinkled and smell fantastic! They have been changing things recently and now they sell the huge sheets (comparable to 3 small regular ones) but they are still the same scent and work just as well as always. They are also a lot cheaper to get here on Amazon rather than in grocery stores or cvs etc. The boxes are huge and came with 2 for the amount I purchased, so it will last a long time, which is even better!
