I am a huge sucker for our clothing to smell fresh. We have tried so many different fabric softeners and many of them smell good but the smell does not always last throughout the day. Trust me when I tell you, this fabric softener is amazing. Right out of the bottle, when you open the cap, you know that you love the smell so much. I put a cap full in on the final rinse cycle and then once the washing machine is done and I open up the machine, you can smell the fabric softener and it is just wonderful. A lot of our clothing we hang dry, but even if we have to dry our clothes in the dryer, you still smell this fabric softener on the clothes. It is one of my most favorite scents so far. There are five of us in the home and no one has noticed any type of skin reactions to this so I would say that it is very gentle on the skin. I love the large bottle that you get, it lasts so long. Very mild but lasting fragrance. Went well, scent-wise, with original gain and tide pods, but did not mesh well with the other scent/formula variances of the aforementioned detergents, so versatility was limited. Great packaging-cap is secure yet easily opens and there was no leakage or damage during delivery. Okay value, non-irritating to my or my tweenagers skin, but was less effective at wrinkle reduction than other downy softeners i have used; i found myself grabbing the downy wrinkle-releaser spray more than ever! Thusly, stay prompt on collecting clothing from the dryer or face the dreaded iron or constant “dryer fluff” The softening factor is there but less intense than my normal downy april fresh.
