The product I recieved had scratches, peeling and one plate had a small chip. Aside from the fact the plates were damaged the manufacturer provided a full refund (after emailed with photos) and that's why I've given them a 5 star rating. I was able to donate the damaged plates to a family in need. So it was a win, win in my book. I bought the bowls also and those were without any imperfections and go well with my colorful home, and would have went perfect with the plates... hopefully I'll be able to repurchase @ deal $$ during prime days, if not will still give them a second chance. ... show more

These plates make me smile! They seem to be pretty sturdy and they are the perfect size for me. I was surprised that they are a bit heavier than I am used to, but I think that's a good thing.

I ordered several sets of these plates. They were packaged very well. Unfortunately, one of the plates was broken during shipment. I took a picture of the broken plate and sent the company an email. I got a response almost immediately. They sent me a replacement free of charge and it arrived quickly. I bought several sets of the matching bowls and they arrived in perfect condition. I ordered my first set of plates and loved them so much that I ordered a second set. The different designs are beautiful and make them truly unique. They are sturdy and extremely durable. Being dishwasher safe with no effect on the colors is a huge plus. To me, these plates are a bit heavy but I'm an older woman with not much strength. My husband says they're no heavier than our other dinner plates. I guess we'll agree to disagree.....lol.
