  • Over 4 years and still good; Bought 2 more pairs Over 4 years and still good; Bought 2 more pairs
Size: 9.5 Color: Black
"Order placed May 5, 2021" That's when I purchased these shoes. I paid $31.99. I was a little skeptical, wondering how these soft-topped shoes would hold up to my rough usage. Well, here I am, over 4 years later and I still wear these shoes. Not only do I wear them, but they are still holding up surprisingly well, and they still feel good with a little help. Read on. The fit: They fit as expected for my shoe size. I've never had trouble with the heel slipping, but I do always wear socks. Sometimes I wear my thick wool socks, and sometimes I wear thin ankle socks. The shoes have never stretched out of shape and continue to feel comfortable. I am an insole user. I rarely wear closed shoes without some type of insole. I put my feet through a lot of wear, and my shoes have to keep up with me. And comfort for my joints is extremely important to me. I like cloud insoles that help absorb shock to my heels and offer a little extra arch padding. The shoes alone offer a fair amount of that, but again, for my feet, no shoe has offered all that I need in that department. Plus, remember these are inexpensive shoes, so they can't grant miracles. Adding an insole into these shoes makes the shoe fit more snug, and because the fabric material is stretchy, it helps to keep my feet steadier as I move about -- meaning, the shoe stretches, but it hugs my feet snuggly. Have they held up? Amazingly well for inexpensive shoes. View my attached images. They show the absolute worst of the wear and tear I've subjected these shoes to. Yes, there's some loose ragged threading (the flame of a Bic lighter will take care of that). Yes, there's a patched hole at the big toe (black fuzzy sock, snip snip, a little thread, and boom... like new'ish). Yes, the tread of the shoe, like an old tire, is visibly worn down (again, I'm a heavy wearer and these shoes have seen it all, yet still give me good traction when I need it, and good slip on the dance floor). BUT notice the black at the bottom of the shoe and how intact and unscarred it is. I've never had to polish them or do any sort of repair. In addition to heavy wear, these shoes have gone through many washes in my top loader machine, and many cycles in my clothes dryer, although I prefer to air/sun dry. Not only am I satisfied with how much use I've gotten out of these old shoes, but I expect to continue to wear them for a good while. But happily, these shoes will now become my around-the-house or quick outdoor task shoes. I HAVE PURCHASED TWO MORE PAIRS. I have purchased two more pairs of these shoes in black and in apricot. In go my insoles, and so begins the next few years of wear and tear. Thanks for reading. ... show more

  • Pretty good
Size: 10 Color: Black
So far so good. They’re comfortable. Fit snug on Appearance is cute! I don’t know if it was slight clumsiness on my end but I almost rolled my ankle on some unlabeled ground which startled me and make me think about ankle support

  • Exact Fit
Size: 8.5 Color: Dark Grey
Exact fit so if you want to have a bit room, buy a half size bigger. Other than that, they are very comfortable.

  • Lightweight, Comfortable, and Perfect for All‑Day Wear
Size: 10 Color: Black
These slip‑on walking shoes are incredibly lightweight and comfortable right out of the box. The mesh upper keeps my feet cool, and the air‑cushion sole adds a nice bounce without feeling bulky. They’re easy to slip on and stay secure while walking, running errands, or working long shifts. The fit is true to size and the cushioning makes a big difference if you’re on your feet a lot. A great everyday shoe with comfort to match the price. ... show more

  • A FULL and REALISTIC review - Great for a get what you pay for shoe!
Size: 8.5 Color: Black
I kept seeing ads for these shoes at a cheap price. They looked great! I read reviews that were positive concerning the fit and support. I don’t know if it’s the shoes or the type of feet, foot issues; the type of work, length of time standing/walking; the flooring, or the time spent with the activity, that is causing the equal amount of good and bad reviews. So, I can only share my experience. I bought two pairs. They arrive repacked with a statement stating the original packages were damaged. They each were in very nice new boxes. The blue ones were not bent up. The black ones were bent up a little but didn’t look “used.” I expected with a cloth upper this could be the case. Upon reading reviews stating they come in bags and no box, I understand why mine came repackaged. They look and feel very comfortable. The top offers no ankle support, but that should be expected by the design (sock sneakers). The insoles in mine are soft and thick. My feet do not hurt. Feels like I could wear them to bed. I walk around very little on my 8 hr. job, and have only walked on break. So, I can’t vouch for durability and whether after a long time they would still be comfortable. I have not washed them. So, I don’t know if this could cause the stitching to fray. From the time these shoes first came out to now October 2021, I don’t know if improvements were made or not. Issues: It is difficult is you’re overweight or have back pain to get these shoes on, because it is an upper sock! Therefore, they should not call them slip ons, because you can’t just slide your foot in without assistance from bending and using your fingers. There is no pull tag. The bottom of the shoe is hard plastic upon a sole with very little cheap rubber, which would account for why many reviews and images show excessive wear after a short time of use. Also, people with balance or foot support issues, should not wear these on uneven ground, because there is NO SUPPORT in the sock area. You could easily fall or twist your ankles. Lastly, eventually the toes will slip up to the front, and start wearing the cloth part out with “toe prints,” because they didn’t bring they probably lowered the sole support running over the top, because of complaints about toes hurting or getting cut from the material. This shoe is no harder at the bottom than those expensive nurse shoes. The price of these shoes are cheap, because the materials are cheap. So, the expectations should have been lower as far a durability. I love the comfort of these shoes. Normally, my shoes are the first thing I kick off when I come home, but these I forget they’re on. ... show more

  • My first pair lasted 5 years of daily wear and now I’m back for more!
Size: 8.5 Color: Black
I have fussy feet and these work great for me! I just received my second pair, the first pair lasted 5 years of daily wear! That’s remarkable for a 34$ pair of shoes. I love the fit — comfortably snug, no slipping, no rubbing, no pinching, no need for breaking in. I have a high arch and these support my arch while allow the upper arched area of my foot to slip in fine without being to tight. I have a slightly narrower foot… if your foot is wide, read further to see if people with wide feet found them comfortable because tho they are stretchy, they could be too snug on wide feet. ... show more

  • Spend the extra $15 and buy some sketchers Spend the extra $15 and buy some sketchers
Size: 10 Color: Lightgrey
I purchased these for general walking while at work. For starters my package was delayed and arrived later than originally anticipated. The shoes arrived as pictured, but as soon as I tried them on the sizing was clearly off. I followed their specific sizing chart and measured my other shoes and feet before purchasing. When these arrived they were clearly 0.5-1 size too large, and their measurement chart was off about 0.5ish inches. You can see in the third picture where my toe ends up, and like I said… I measured my foot PRIOR to purchasing and this is what I received. There is no size listed on the shoe anywhere so maybe I got the wrong size, because these are like cruise ships strapped to my feet. I tried anyways, because I was specifically looking for laceless tennis shoes. Don’t let the air pockets on the side fool you… These feel like stepping on a pile of rocks! The air cushioning is only on the outside and the actual part you step on is hard cheap plastic. Within five minutes my heels and my lower back were screaming in agony. I took a chance on these shoes and am incredibly disappointed. Would like to return them, but I threw away the bag they came in (which was dumb) so now I’m stuck. These will be promptly deposited to my local thrift store for another poor lad to try walking in, before ultimately coming to the same conclusion. As the title says… spend the extra $15 and buy some sketchers. You’ll be better off. ... show more
