I was recently job hunting and I wanted something to dress up my outfit without being heavy or uncomfortable. This did the trick. It fit well, has a small amount of stretch which was great. It looks professional enough to wear for an interview in a business casual environment but is also nice to throw over a dress to go to dinner. I left it in the backseat of my car for 2 days all scrunched up and no wrinkles so that was nice too!

I love these blazers, and have now purchased 6 different styles. They're soft, light weight, well stitched and vibrant in color. Cut is very flattering. Sizing can be off between colors. I sized up 2 sizes (For reference, I typically wear a Medium and have been purchasing the XL) and they mostly fit perfect, however 2 have been much longer than the others. The fit is still comfortable and comparable to the others, but the front lays mid thigh, as opposed to just below the hip, and the back rests mid-bottom as opposed to the others that have hit right at the top of my pants, which gives it a more cardigan feel. For the price you can't complain! They wash and dry well with no shrinking or pilling.

If you are truly curvy, top heavy, and want comfort in the office while still looking amazing and professional, order this jacket! I have tan, blue, and grey! The Blue with a white top is perfect for all those video interviews and online meetings.

It was purchased for a layering piece and it would be ok for that but the sizes run SMALL. I have multiple size 3X that all fit well in the chest. Not this one. It's pretty, very soft, and light. Just know that it runs small in the chest if you are a larger cup gal.

I ordered this based upon an IG influencer that called it "a magic jacket". And it really is !!! The sleeves are a little tight and I don't prefer the puffy shoulders but this jacket really hid my middle section which I absolutely LOVE. I wore this with a pair of jeans and a tank top that showed my rolls, but once I put this on, it really hid my middle ! Must be something about the way it's cut. It's straight in the back then flares out in the front. I'm normally a size large and it was a little tight on me. Glad I ordered an extra large because that fit perfect (except for the tight sleeves but it wasn't so tight that it was unbearable. It was more fitted). So I suggest ordering a size up.

I’m a true woman’s plus size - 18/20W or 22W on top depending on stretch. Not size 22…size 22W (if you know, then you know). The hardest fit for me is my arms. They are unreasonably large. With that said, this layer fits great. The arms have great stretch. The fabric lays nicely - if it was a cardigan sweater. There isn’t much structure…but, I’ve got enough structure to fill out the layer. The fabric is like a crepe material - I have not washed it yet, but it’s going into delicate and I think I will hang dry. The seams seem to be good, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it doesn’t unravel in spots. That said - I’m not paying for an item that I expect to last for years. I’m looking at the price and hope to get a few years out of it. My plan is nice t-shirt and casual dress pants (dark skinny jeans on Fridays) for work. 3X is a good fit for 18/20W or 22/24W. I bought the long ruffle in the blue and the other cut in sage - the blue is VIBRANT, the sage is nice…maybe a more spring than I expected.
