If you look, most of the bad reviews are the product is too sticky. If you want stick, get this stuff. If applying to metal, clean surface and this stuff won't fail. Used to apply insulation to a cold metal garage door, no problem. Paper backing will rip, take your time.

The double-sided tape I got wasn't strong to hold the Ferrero Rochers on a rose bouquet so I bought this one. It worked perfectly! I cut it into small pieces and added it to the bottom of the chocolates and it didn't come off. It has a strong smell but is also very durable. I'm glad it'll last me a while for my crafting projects.

The tape served my purpose. It stuck to the two surfaces needed and accomplished what I wished. My only complaint is that once affixed on one side, it took a sharp knife to get a grip on the backing to expose the other side of the tape.

We bought this tape to use on kickplates on door bottom panels for our business As a test, we put a steel kickplate on our own door. Let me just say "Texas heat" and the ability for this to stick was what we were testing for. Well the experiment results were not good. The tape was sooo sticky we had a hard time applying it. Once on, forget repositioning it. However, about 5 days in, the kickplate was starting to slide off the door. This is a return for us. We noticed in several comments that people are using it to hold down rugs. IDK if I would say that is a good idea, because the removed kickplate has left a sticky mess on the door that we will need to remove with acetone or something similar. I would never use this on my floors.
