Good and durable, there is a velcro strip underneath in the middle to secure it. I didn't use it because I have a microwave sitting on top and that anchored it down just fine. Works great and holds and organized what I wanted it to.

Based on the prior reviews, it's exactly what I expected. I appreciate that the design allows for adhesion to the roof of the fridge to prevent movement of the caddy. If I had one suggestion...reduce the number of pockets and make some deeper.
