I’ve tried a few other brands before without luck, so I was starting to doubt that any actually worked until my husband ordered these. I ended up stealing most of his so I had to order more! I rarely get pimples, but when I do these completely erase them overnight! The trick is to put one on as soon as you feel a pimple coming, and leave it on for some time. The only times I haven’t gotten these to work for me is if I waited too long to try them. You also need to be careful when peeling them off, if you create the slightest crease in them then you can see it once applied. If you’re careful when peeling them off then they are super discreet. I bought these as a replacement for the PanOxyl ones that I usually buy, as I was unable to find them. While many come in a back, they do not stick very well and do not work as well as the PanOxyl or other brands that I have used. You have to use them for a couple of days to get the same results as you would with PanOxyl or other brands, so not worth it in the long run. Personally, I would not buy these again. ... show more

So, I'll be the first to ditch my pride and say I have been struggling with cystic acne and adult acne since I was a teenager in the 90's (that's the 1990's, and not the 1890's thank you very much...). I gradually grew out of the worst of the breakouts but would still get an occasional whopper once a month or so. I had tried using other collagen spot patches, but they were expensive and took awhile to work. These, on the other hand, are amazing. You get a bunch for a fair price, they stay in place, AND they suck out all the gross stuff overnight. I even had my daughter start using them when needed, and as a person who struggles with extremely sensitive and fair skin, these were gentle and effective for her. They are better than most acne spot creams that dry and agitate skin.
