    • Does not work at all. Half of the switches on the old one still work.
Before I even installed it I noticed that two of the switches would not return to center. I figured it was no big deal and still better than my old one that only half of the switches worked. Installed it and one of the front windows (which have always worked) rolled down about halfway before it stopped. None of the other windows would respond to it. Put the old one back in and still had full control of both front windows and could still roll up the passenger side rear but couldn't roll it down or control anything on the drivers side rear. Looks like I will be trying to repair the contacts on my OEM switch as this one is completely useless. ... show more

I usually don’t have anything issue with Dorman parts but this particular window switch had an issue where the right rear window switch quit working immediately after being installed. It seems there is a defect in that switch. If it wasn’t for that it would be a great part

Stopped working almost immediately then I waited till I was outside the return window to get it swapped out so now I'm stuck with it (my fault shouldn't have waited so long). Don't waste your time . Just go to the scrap yard and get a used set. Most 90s Ford cars and trucks use the same window switches and lock switches. All these aftermarket ones suck and stop working relatively quickly ... show more
