These were correct for my application (1980 Dodge Diplomat headlight buckets) and I was able to install them with no problem (I had three broken ones that need replacing). What I did (after removing the broken original piece) was push one white one in the adjusting hole VERY GENTLY until the clips on the back went through. I then pushed it in about 1MM more, put a very small flathead screwdriver behind the tangs on the back, pulled the tangs up VERY GENTLY to make sure they would seat on the metal and that the whole piece won't come back through the hole, then took the screwdriver out so the tangs were holding on the body. I then gave the whole thing a gentle test wiggle. All was good. I had bought two packages just in case and ended up using two white setups on the top of two headlight and one white one on one of the sides. That's all that was broken. I didn't bother with the black units. Overall, not the best, super-strongest product out there, but got them to do what they're supposed to do. ... show more

Before installing, set the threaded plastic part to the same position as the old one before you snap it in. That way the headlight will be in the same position as before.

Packaged well and shipped quick…so, I do recommend the seller. As for the product, the white blocks with the wings either broke when I put them in or when I tried to adjust the lights. The dark grey ones would not stay in when I tried to adjust the bulbs. I would have sent them back, but it wasn’t worth the effort. I was able to “modify” the dark grey ones and so far, they are holding. Well, I put them n today and they’re holding…I’ll check back in with an update in the future. If you need them, you need them…I haven’t found an alternative yet, but I’m just more starting to look. ... show more
