This is a great set. I’m giving it 4 stars for 2 reasons. 1: It didn’t come with any directions. I’ve never hung this stuff up before so I was completely lost with how to hang the brackets and such. 2: As seen in my photo, once I put the bar in to measure how far apart to put the second handle and then took it off to screw the bracket in, it scratched up the black finish all around the edges.

This is generally a decent set of bathroom fixtures. They arrived in good condition, and they come with all the hardware you need to install them, including wall anchors, screws, wall plates, and a key to tighten the fixtures onto the mounting plates. However, biggest problem: one side of the towel bar rod was too large to fit into the bracket. I had to hammer that end into a concave shape in order to fit it into the bracket. While I was hammering it, the paint on the bar chipped off VERY easily. Thankfully it's easy to cover up with a black marker, but I worry about future nicks and bumps. It was annoying that I had to alter it in order to fit it in at all. Second issue: there are absolutely no instructions included, so I hope you're good at creative problem solving. It seemed pretty self-explanatory to me, but I also have basic knowledge and experience with fixy-type-stuff. I feel like someone without this experience would have an extremely hard time figuring out how to mount and secure this stuff to their wall. Lastly, I recommend having basic tools of your own in order to install these. You will need a hammer, N2 Phillipshead screwdriver (or drill with appropriate bits), measuring tape, and a level. I also got heavy-duty wall anchors, but I suspect that's not totally necessary; I'm just paranoid. Having another person to assist is also helpful.
