I bought this game because I enjoy games that include an element of chance and skill. Very quick to learn. There is definitely an element of strategy that can make one player better than the other though. There are little nuances that you have to keep track of- for example you can’t roll a one on a white die because it has a doozy face instead of a one. I realized this the first time I played after rolling four times in one turn, so I had to pick up all the dice and re-roll again because the combination would not be possible with the track I was on. It also keeps other people engaged when it is not their turn because you have to mark down dots whenever a doozy face is rolled. People young and old can enjoy this game. A round takes about 15 minutes. Living in Wisconsin I’m sure I will find a way to make a drinking game out of it if doozy games doesn’t release a drinking version of it first! “Boozy Dice” has a nice ring to it!

Bought this as my grandsons love to come down and play games, and I don’t always have a lot of time. They both enjoy it, as do I! There is strategy involved, but easy enough for a 7 and 10 year old to figure out. We’ve had a lot of fun playing this. Not too juvenile for us older folks! We can easily finish a game in about 20 minutes.

The first time we played this game it was with some family visiting for a wedding and I wanted something to do to entertain folks the night before. It was so stinking fun. We were yelling Doozy, you’ll understand when you play, questioning each other’s strategy and laughing to tears a couple times. My wife’s sister was so upset at the advice her husband gave her that turned out to be horrible and cost her the game. He was dying as she was yelling at him, she was laughing so hard. It is strategic, easy to play, and good family fun. I now know what my stocking stuffers are over the holidays for rest of the family. Just great fun.
