I had bad luck with prescription bifocals - couldn't see a thing in them, and they cost soooo much! I am fine with distances now so I prefer to have reading glasses on hand. Actually I have to have them on hand or I can barely read anything without painful eye strain. These are the best because they don't break if they fall off your head or your shirt. The arms aren't screwed in so you never have a problem with the screw becoming loose. If the arm comes off (not a common occurrence) you just pop it back on. I do tend to lose these. Well, I tend to lose everything. So sometimes I can find all four of these plus a couple from a previous order, and in a few days I can't find any of them. Grateful that they're affordable and I don't have to stress out if I temporarily misplace some or almost all of them. They work and they're just what I need. ... show more

If they didn't constantly fall off whenever I lean over even slightly, they'd otherwise be perfect. Super light, very comfortable to wear, good magnification, cute frame colors, flattering fit, and extremely affordable. Nearly a perfect package, but I gradually stopped wearing them because the constant falling off was tiresome. Every time I bent down even a little to put something in the paper recycle box or shredder, reload paper in the printer, pet my dogs, whatever... just a little downward bend and the glasses I forgot I was wearing flop to the floor. Tired of picking them up dozens of times a day. Finally tried a different style that's not as cute or as lightweight but they stay on until I take them off. ... show more

Very nice look and lightweight quality. With MS, I sometimes experience swelling in my head and temples. Other glasses would become tight fitting and leave indentations. These glasses are flexible to adjust the tightness as needed and much more comfortable than others I've worn. They also hold up when wearing them while lying down, not bending or breaking the side hinge. Also, they are great for eye protection with as much as I'm on the computer. I like that I have spares in different colors, costing the same for all pairs as I'd pay for one pair at the drugstore. ... show more

I like that these don't have an arm that goes behind your ear. I wear hearing aides and wearing reading glasses with a traditional behind the ear element is uncomfortable. This straight style arm is great for solving that problem. That said, they are not quite as "secure" as those that do go behind the ear. But they are reading glasses, you aren't running and doing gymnastics in them. I loved these so much I ordered the next strength up from what I am using so I have them when I need them. The blue blocking effect does seem to work for me, my eyes are less tired when using them versus other reading glasses without that benefit. Plus, you get four pairs! ***Update*** I posted this original review and the company reached out. They offered to send a refund. I will not be taking them up on it. After a while I am good and used to them and I actually like them quite well. The rubber still get stuck in my hair but they are so lightweight and the bows don’t hurt my ears. This company is first-rate! I thought the idea of being able to adjust to fit my head and the rubber on the arms was great. Unfortunately they don’t stay on my face and the rubber gets caught in my hair. More for men than women? It’s not their fault though. The glasses are great! Great value for the money, they are light and easy to wear. The only thing I dislike about them is that if you bend over and are looking at the ground, they will slide right off your face. When I first purchased them I thought since they were as inexpensive as the other readers I buy that I would just swap out the old for these new ones. But because they don't grip my face tightly enough and slide off when I look down or bend over, I can't do that. That is the only downside I see to these glasses. I like a lightweight pair of reading glasses, but I also want a solid pair of eyeglasses. I only need for reading, so when I'm not reading, I rest them on top of my head, like a lot of people do. These are too too flimsy to do that, they don't stay, because they have no weight to them. Cheaply made. They came packaged well, with nice cases for each, but I'm not wearing the packaging or the cases. I'm returning them and the search is back on. ... show more
