I bought this purse a month ago and LOVED IT! However, the zipper pull fell off randomly. I contacted Dooney (because it’s registered under their warranty), and they want me to mail it back to them (at my expense) so they could “assess the next steps” (which could result in them charging me for the defective zipper pull that fell off). Don’t waste your time - DOONEY quality has gone downhill. EDIT: Dooney has since agreed to pay for shipping and repair the purse (after this review and contacting the company). Ridiculous that I had to go through so many avenues to get my 1 month old purse fixed, but I’m happy they’ve finally agreed to do it charge-free. ... show more
