I have carried the bag less than five times and one of the studs on the side fell off and is stripped, the stitching in the inside pocket has come apart and one of the outside handles has a sharp edge from where the stitching wasn't done correctly and picked the entire side of pants I was wearing after continuing to get caught while rubbing against it.
