All D&B are fantastic but I did return this one. I wanted one a tad bigger and they were outstanding letting me do so. In the meantime I bought another and LOVE it. They make extremely well crafted purses and accessories. The only way to go wrong with one is like what was “wrong” with mine, too small/big. I loved the style and of course didn’t see they had a bigger one until after my new purchase but that’s ok, my new one was meant to be. But now that I know Amazon has them and at a HUGE discount, I can see more in my future. They have new colors that are quite gorgeous.

Love my D&B blue small/medium satchel. I have a total of six D&B purses now, wristlets to totes, and use them all. This particular size is very handy. I was concerned there was no zipper but find the magnetic latch and the snaps at either side quite sufficient. I, also, appreciate how I can carry it in my hands, on my elbow, or use the shoulder strap.

Huge manufacturing flaw across the front of the bag. If looks really bad. Trying to get a replacement, was told it would arrive today then I get an email today that it was canceled with no explanation. Then I get an email saying Dooney never confirmed the replacement. Have been trying to get this addressed all day and not getting anywhere. This bag is ruined by this massive flaw. Looks even worse in person. They don't have quality control?? Cannot believe how unhelpful the company had been. Absolutely terrible service. Buyer beware. I don't recommend using Amazon or ilovedooney.com or their main retail page bc the customer service is the same for all of them and they are not helpful. Wish me luck...

I bought this purse to go with a pair of navy pumps. This purse is a little bigger than a clutch but small enough to take to an event and sit on the table. It also had the straps to carry it like a crossbody. Oh and it included the dust ruffle!

I love D&B and have several of their purses. I did expect this one be bigger. I sent it back and have been waiting for my refund that has been approved but seems to be taking a long time! What’s the hold up?!
